Welcome to CFB Live ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Our app provides users with access to publicly available data, statistics, and visualizations related to college football teams and games. This content is presented for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Intellectual Property and Fair Use Notice
Our app may display logos, colors, team names, and other identifiers associated with colleges, universities, or sports teams ("Team Marks"). These Team Marks are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective institutions.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college, university, athletic department, or sports league. The use of Team Marks is purely for descriptive, informational, and editorial purposes, such as identifying teams in game data, rankings, or performance charts.
Such use is made in accordance with principles of fair use, as recognized under trademark and copyright law, including Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act and relevant case law regarding nominative use of trademarks.

CFB Live (“the App”) is a mobile application designed to display college football scores and related public
information. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

CFB Live does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
Specifically:
We do not require users to create accounts
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiers
We do not collect location data
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
2. Usage Data
CFB Live does not collect analytics, diagnostics, or usage data beyond what is automatically provided by Apple as part
of the App Store and iOS operating system. Any such data is anonymized and controlled by Apple according to their
privacy policies.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may retrieve public college football score data from third-party data providers. These requests are made
without transmitting any personal user information.
CFB Live:
Does not integrate advertising networks
Does not include third-party trackers
Does not share data with external parties
4. Data Storage and Security
Because the App does not collect or store user data, no personal data is retained on our servers.
5. Children’s Privacy
CFB Live does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal
data is collected at all, the App is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
6. Your Privacy Rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date”
